Support for You and Your Loved One

Facing a loved one’s illness is difficult. Find comfort through these resources

Chaplain

Regardless of your faith, spiritual guidance can often ease some of the emotional anxiety you or your loved one may be experiencing. A chaplain is available at all hours.

Case Manager

Case managers work to ensure a seamless continuity of care for your loved one and can connect you and your family to appropriate resources, including financial support and counseling.

Counseling

Individual counseling, family support groups and bereavement counseling is available. These can offer you and your loved one support during your hospital stay.

Jenn’s House

A hospitality home, Jenn’s House provides affordable lodging for family members whose loved ones are hospitalized. Jenn’s House is located at 3250 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Emmaus, PA 18049, just 2.5 miles away from LVH-Cedar Crest. Call 610-965-1777.

Chapel

Services for most denominations are offered on a regular basis in the chapels at our three hospital sites. It is open 24-hours a day for quiet prayer and reflection. Call the pastoral care office at 610-402-8465 for a schedule of services.
